Defined by its sweeping colonnade of white-rendered arches, the façade presents a bold yet elegant street presence, blending Mediterranean influences with a minimalist design language. The dark-clad upper level appears to float above the base, creating contrast and a sense of weightlessness while maximizing light and transparency.

Internally, the house offers a serene spatial experience. Generous glazing, clean lines, and curated material selections create a calm and open atmosphere, with each room connected to the outdoors through framed views and direct garden access.
