In the traditional design process, it is not uncommon to have plans fully designed and completed only to have an estimate then done by a separate builder to realise the budget has been significantly blown, therefore requiring redesigning, re-estimating and the associated time delays and costs that goes along with the back and forth process.
By collaborating with the builder during the design phase we can test ideas and gauge the feasibility and cost implications. Now our clients can be assured the design they love is affordable and ready to proceed through to design development, construction drawings and tendering, all with confidence.
